“Good government starts with listening. I am running because Ward 5 deserves a council member who shows up, pays attention, and puts our community first.”
Vision for Ward 5
Pat's vision centers on responsible growth, strong infrastructure, and a community where every voice is heard. Ward 5 faces real challenges -- from aging roads to public safety concerns -- and addressing them requires experience, not promises.
Pat believes in transparent budgeting, responsive constituent service, and collaborative problem-solving. The goal is straightforward: make Ward 5 the best place to live, work, and raise a family in Rapid City.
